Hello Gorgeous!

The last few months have been challenging, but I couldn't be happier to open my doors and welcome you back. As you are aware, state and local officials have set forth new requirements and I want to let you know that my salon is reopening in accordance with new safety standards.

Please make note the new operating standards are so that you are prepared prior to your next scheduled service.

NEW OPERATING STANDARDS:

CHECKING IN: Please text me when you arrive. I ask that you remain in your car or wait outside until I notify you via phone call or text message that I’m ready to see you.

FEELING ILL: Upon arrival I reserve the right to take your temperature before entering the salon. If you're experiencing any symptoms such as a fever, cough, sore throat, etc., I am happy to reschedule your appointment for a time when you’re feeling well.

FACE MASKS: Face masks are required for all clients. All masks must be fitted with ear loops as they must be worn during all services. No bandannas or cloth coverings tied behind the head will be allowed. If you have forgotten your mask, I will have masks available for purchase.

HAND SANITIZER: Hand sanitizer will be available.

CLEANING AND SANITIZING: I am required to sanitize and disinfect all surfaces and tools between appointments per state and local guidelines. Please be patient as this will take time to thoroughly clean.

LIMITED GUESTS: Please only ONE CLIENT per service at a time. Individuals without appointments (especially children) are not allowed in the salon unless they have a service scheduled. No pets are allowed.

ADDITIONAL AMENITIES: For the foreseeable future, I will not be offering beverages, snacks or reading material.

PERSONAL ITEMS: Please limit the items you carry into the salon to your wallet, phone and keys.

TRANSACTIONS: My POS terminal / touch pad is disinfected frequently and if you prefer you may pay via Apple Pay, Zelle, Venmo or Cash App for contactless payment.

SOCIAL DISTANCING: It goes without saying that I have missed you! But for the time being we cannot hug or shake hands. Please know that I am overjoyed to have you back!

I know you are very eager to book an appointment but please be patient as I am doing by best to accommodate cancelled appointments from March and April as well as newly requested appointments.

I totally understand if you are not ready to come in right away and would like to wait. Please call or text me and we can discuss booking you in the near future.

I know these are unusual times, but they are temporary. I thank you in advance for your patience and understanding while I work to be both accommodating and conscientious of you.

Sincerely,
Tiffany Taylor
