Cancellation Policy:

All clients must confirm with 24 hrs. Any cancellations after 24 hrs will be subjected to a 20% fee of the total service due to stylist lost time. All clients must call or text when canceling. Cancellation via email are not accepted.

Late Arrivals:

If you think you may be late for your appointment, please call the salon to let us know. We will call any late clients 5 minutes into their scheduled start time. If unable to reach your appointment time may be subjected to be reopened and or given away. If you show up late your services may be altered due to the remaining time.

No show:

If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, without any contact to the salon, you will be subjected to pay the full amount of the services reserved due to stylist lost time.
