Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy



Your appointments are very important to me and I understand that sometimes scheduling adjustments are necessary; therefore, I respectfully request a 48-hour notice for any service cancellations or reschedules.

This policy allows me the time to inform my clients on the waiting list of any availability, as well as keeping my books filled efficiently thus to be able to better serve all my clients.

Please understand that if/when you forget to cancel your appointment without giving proper notice, or if you completely miss your appointment with no notice before hand, I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and other clients on my waiting list miss the opportunity to schedule their services.

Strictly Enforced 48-hour Cancellation Policy

All of my appointments are confirmed in advance via text/email 72 hours, and again at 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment date. I realize how easy it is to forget an appointment made weeks ago. Since this time is reserved for you, the following cancellation fees will apply.

1. Less than a 48-hour cancellation notice to your scheduled appointment time (with only one scheduled service) will result in a charge of equal to 50% of your reserved serviced amount.

2. A no call no show for a scheduled appointment will be charged at 100% of your reserved service amount.


Rescheduling

In the event you require your appointment to be rescheduled within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment time, a one-time courtesy will be extended with no charge to the booked service. Any subsequent appointment rescheduling within 48 hours of the booked appointment time will result in a 50% charge of the total service amount, charged to your account.

Late Arrivals:

If you think you may be late for your appointment, please call the salon to let us know. We will call any late clients 5 minutes into their scheduled start time. If unable to reach your appointment time may be subjected to be reopened and or given away. If you show up late your services may be altered due to the remaining time.

No show:

If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, without any contact to the salon, you will be subjected to pay the full amount of the services reserved due to stylist lost time.
